
SUPER CAMP
Super Camp is focused on beginning to intermediate optional gymnastics. Criterion is past season at Level 6-10. Gymnasts and coaches will learn Drills, Prerequisites, Skills, Strength as well as spotting.

HOT SHOT
Hot Shot Camp is geared for younger gymnasts, ages 12 and under who have competed in Level 4-10. Gymnasts competing Level 4, 5 or 6 last season, must have scored a minimum of a 37.00 All Around at State.

FORWARD PROGRESS
Forward Progress is a high caliber camp for Level 9 & 10 gymnasts. Focuses include foundational basics as well as high level skill training. The criterion for gymnasts is past season Level 9-10.

HI PERFORMANCE
HI TECH
These two camps bring together the top Elite, Level 10 & Level 9 gymnasts from across Region 5. A large number of college coaches to attend this training camp every year.

- The gymnasts will be receiving their t shirt and camp photos will be taken.
- Leotards are not necessary, Please wear your camp tshirt!!!!!
- Coaches will receive their shirt on Friday. Please wear it on Saturday.
- Rotations will be 30
minutes on all 3 days

Hot Shot Camp
Requirements: Gymnasts Level 4-10 must be 12 or under (on the culminating date of their 2017 state meet). Gymnasts that competed level 4, 5, or 6 in 2017 must have scored a minimum of a 37.00 All Around at their state meet. (Score requirement is firm) Gymnasts must be mentally and physically competent to perform the following skills without a spotter for evaluation on day one of the camp: Vault Strong Handspring Vault Bars Kip cast to handstand Giant (may be on a single high bar) Cast to flyaway Beam Standing back handspring or round off on high beam Floor Strong back layout (at shoulder height) Two element front pass with a minimum of one salto.

- Current Elites
- Current Level 10 JO National Qualifiers and 1st Alternates
- 2016 Level 10 JO National competitors that did not compete in 2017 regionals due to injury or illness
High Performance Camp Criterion
- Level 10 Regionals Qualifier
- Eastern National competitors 36 AA or above at Eastern Nationals.
High Performance Camp is Session 1 and High Tech Camp Session 2.

- Registration for gymnasts for all camps will open on June 1st.
- Coaches registration will be approximately 1 month prior to camp.
- The camp committee will be contacting master event clinicians very soon.
- The registration process has been updated. Please read and follow the new process.
- All changes, scratches and adds must be made through the website.
- Coaches will need each gymnast’s 2017 level, their highest championship meet and the score at that meet.
- If your gymnast did not compete in state meet or beyond, you may use the championship meet from 2016.
- The entry requirements/scores and levels for each camp are firm and verified.
- Camp Fee $150 per gymnast
